About the Job:

This position will work at our plant located in Queretaro, Qro.

As a Human Resources Generalist at KI Industries Inc., your responsibilities will include personnel management, recruiting, training, and compliance with work policies and procedures. This position will contribute to the success of the organization by ensuring that our human resources are aligned with strategic and operational objectives at KIMx plants. This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development within a rapidly evolving industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, control, promote and achieve the KPI's/objectives/goals of the department and promote KPI's of KI Mexico.
  • Recruitment and selection: Collaborate in the identification of personnel needs and in the development of position profiles. Publish and disseminate job offers, as well as manage the selection process from the initial interview to the job offer. Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and participate in hiring decisions. Maintain relationships with universities and recruiting sources.
  • Maintain updated employee files, including contracts and changes in working conditions.
  • Manage employee hiring and termination processes, as well as licenses and permits. Advise employees on work policies and procedures.
  • Ensure necessary services for employees. Training and Development: Identify training needs and collaborate in the design and execution of training programs. Support in the development of professional development plans for employees. Evaluate the impact of training on employee performance. Labor Relations: Collaborate in the management of labor relations, including conflict resolution and mediation. Maintain a harmonious work environment and promote organizational culture.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication
  • Problem solving
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and VDA 6.3
  • Advanced English

Experience:

  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience.

Education:

  • B.S. in Administration
